Today I met Jane, Veronica, Hannah, and Connor at Recess, Go Bananas here in Ankeny. We ate lunch there and then the 3 kids played. They really did have a good time. Not real sure there is enough stuff to do there to keep them entertained for 2 full hours, but for the time we were there they all 3 had a lot of fun. They played in the toddler room, rode the train, the carousel, the airplanes, danced in the disco room, and rode other little rides. When we got home Alana was ready for a nap!
Tonight Tera and Ella came over since Steve was out on the road and Doug was working late. It was fun catching up and Alana and Ella were very excited to see each other. They used to see each other everyday at daycare so they were both all smiles and kept us laughing.
Can't believe tomorrow is already Friday! We are looking forward to a Halloween party at my friend Lisa's house in the morning. Alana will be very excited to see the kids and to be in her costume!
