Figured I better get an update for the month of April. We have had a great month. We have had some nice weather to get outside and also have spent time with family and friends. We spent a long weekend in Humboldt for Easter and it was a nice weekend. Alana did come down sick up there and ended up with her first Ear Infection since she had her tubes put in two years ago. The tubes are no longer in place and I hope it doesn't mean she will start getting ear infections again. Brynn still has not had a single ear infection yet, so atleast we have been lucky in that department. They girls colored eggs, had many Easter Egg Hunts, and just enjoyed the time with the Grandparents and Aunt Carissa and Uncle Matt. On Easter Sunday we had baptism for our Godson Luke Donald DeWinter. It was a very nice Baptism and went over to Jen and Lance's for lunch. Alana loved playing with the kids. Brynn wants to keep up so bad and tries her hardest but just can't yet.

Alana's friend Ali turned 3 this month and she and I went to her Princess Party. Princess Belle came and Alana really enjoyed it! Ali's sister Addi had Cinderella come to her party last September so Alana has been pretty lucky meeting two "real" princesses in one year!

We have had alot of rainy weather the past week, so have been inside the house alot. Looking forward to having some nice weather again soon.

Yesterday was Parents Day at Alana's preschool. Steve and I both went and it was great time. Alana has been talking about it for weeks and singing the songs and we were both very excited to go. We got there and Alana had made us each a very cute card and we got a magnet with her picture on it and a few other really cute things. We played a game with Alana and also got to hear her and her friends sing. It was so cute. Alana gets pretty shy so she didn't sing very loud and looked at one of her friends most of the time, but it was still so cute. She sings the songs so loudly at home, so we know she knows all the words!! We then had a snack with her and then it was over. It was a great time and I just can't say enough good things about her Preschool and teachers!

Hopefully I won't wait til the end of May to post again! Hope everyone is enjoying Spring!!
